Overview

In 1996, Federal Express approached The Hamilton-Ryker Group, PSG's parent company, to bid on a document processing project. At the time, The Hamilton-Ryker Group was operating in Memphis as a temporary staffing company specializing in industrial and clerical staffing. This job marked our initial foray in the world of outsourcing.

The venture was so successful that in 2002 we began Process Solutions Group, a subsidiary that performs outsourcing functions exclusively. Specializing in project startups and labor intensive processes, Process Solutions Group operates on philosophy of understanding the process involved then maximizing productivity and cost savings.

Process Solutions Group has worked with Fortune 100 companies such as Federal Express, Verizon Communications and APL Logistics but also takes pride in working with small, locally owned businesses.
